The Green Army - Saviour of The Sylvan

The film delves into the discourse of the corresponding conditions that gave inroad & impetus to the formation of the unique conservation, rehabilitation & employment by the farmer militants of the Bodo ethnic tribe through building an ecotourism initiative in the Manas National Park a World Heritage Site of Assam. The Flame Burns Bright (Subhash Chandra Bose)

The Film is on Subhash Chandra Bose, who founded the Indian National Army (INA) or the Azad Hind Fauz , of which he assumed personal command on 25th July, 1943 to fight the British imperialists. Its Supreme Command Headquarters was established at Rangoon.

Spring in Sikkim

Sikkim is a paradise for the naturalist. The steep variations inelevation and rainfall help create a multitude of species within a limited area. The original inhabitants of Sikkim belonged to the Lepcha tribe, then came the members of the Bhutia tribe from Tibet, and even later the Nepalese. The Sikkimese love to decorate not only their homes but anything that can be decorted -with flowers. This film introduces to the viewer some floral - species of Sikkim.

Space and India

Starting with a symbolic presentation of man's curiosity and his constant search of the mysteries of the unplumbed space, the film presents various scientists connected with the organised space research activities in Indian National Committee for Space Research (INCOSPAR) personally introducing their fields of research activities.

Prithviraj ( Kapoor )

A biographical celluloid sketch of the thespian Prithviraj Kapoor, who was born on November 3, 1906 at Smundari near Peshawar now in Pakistan. As an unpaid extra in a film called "Challenge" Prithviraj took up the challenge of chalking out a screen career. When Hindi theatre was losing ground fast to the commercial cinema, Prithviraj plunged himself to revitalise the theatre. On January 15, 1944 Prithvi Theatre was inaugurated with a performance of Kalidasa's classic Shakuntala. This Theatre made many significant plays. Prithviraj was one of the greatest actors in Hindi films.

Nine Months to Freedom
